By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 14pkr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Deposits are generally credited to your 14pkr account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 14pkr does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
All balances, bets, and winnings on 14pkr are held and displayed in PKR. 14pkr does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

In the event of any inconsistency, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specific to that game, while these Terms take precedence for all account, financial, and platform-level matters.
All casino games offered on 14pkr use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and verified for fairness. The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. 14pkr does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence the result of any individual wager.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Results are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels, dice — under live camera surveillance. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the result already determined at the table will stand if the round has been completed. If a round was interrupted before completion, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.

The 14pkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of any information presented, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
You may close your 14pkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining balance (subject to applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. You cannot close your account while a wagering requirement on an active bonus remains outstanding, unless you first forfeit the bonus balance.
14pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
In the event of termination for breach of these Terms, 14pkr reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonuses, or pending winnings. If the initial response does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter in writing to our dedicated complaints team at [email protected], clearly marked as a formal complaint. We aim to provide a final written response to all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
If your complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 14pkr's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from our support team.
